1.Open Internet Explorer 9.
2.Click Tools.
3.Click Internet Options.
4.In the General tab, under the Tabs section.
5.Click the Settings Button.
6. Look for the drop down "When a New Tab is Opened:"
7.Select the "New Tab Page" option.
8. Save and open a new tab you will then see you history
